2,2-Bis(3-amino-4-hydroxylphenyl)propane is mainly used as a chemical cross-linking agent for polyamide resins, which can increase the hardness and heat resistance of the resin and improve the comprehensive performance of the material.
2,2-Bis(3-amino-4-hydroxylphenyl)propane is used as a polyimide intermediate to synthesize and prepare materials such as photosensitive polyimide and polyimide films.
It can also be used to prepare high-performance polymer materials such as polyether ether ketone (PEEK).
