2,2'-Bis(4-aminophenoxyphenyl)propane is a white solid organic compound also known as bis(p-aminophenoxyphenyl) ether dialkane. It is a diaminobiphenyl ether derivative that contains two benzene rings in its molecular structure, each with an amino group and a phenoxy group attached to it.
2,2'-Bis(4-aminophenoxyphenyl)propane is a new type of heat-resistant diamine curing agent, which is used in new polyester-based materials. It is also widely used as hardener for epoxy resin because of its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.
With its low viscosity and good transparency, 2,2'-Bis(4-aminophenoxyphenyl)propane is often used in electronic materials, plastic modification, electronic packaging materials and other fields, such as as polyimide films, polyimide composites, photosensitive polyimide and other high-performance polymers as a monomer.
