Nadic anhydride, also known as NA, has a bicyclic structure with two spatial isomers, endo- and exo-. Appearance is white columnar crystal, melting point>150℃, relative density: 1.417, soluble in benzene, toluene, acetone, chloroform, etc., deliquescent.
Nadic anhydride is an important chemical raw material, widely used in the process of organic synthesis as solvents and catalysts, manufacturing aids, etc. Used in polyurethane plastics foaming catalysts, with particularly good performance.
Used in unsaturated polyester resin, it has better air dryness, higher heat resistance, finish, higher electrical properties, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength than the resin made with phthalic anhydride and tetrahydrophthalic anhydride.
Used as curing agent for epoxy resin, suitable for casting, laminating, powder molding, etc. The cured material has excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and electrical properties.
