From March 17 to 19, 2026, the 12th TCT Asia Exhibition (Asia 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing Exhibition) grandly opened at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai. As the flagship event of the additive manufacturing industry in the Asia-Pacific region, this year’s exhibition covers an area of over 55,000 square meters with more than 550 exhibitors, gathering global innovative resources in the additive manufacturing industry chain. It focuses on high-performance materials, industrial-grade equipment, and full-scenario solutions, serving as a core platform for industry technology exchange and business cooperation. Our company made a major appearance with a series of high-end photocurable resin products, showcasing a variety of core materials and molded parts suitable for UV-curing 3D printing, providing new efficient and stable material solutions for high-end fields such as microelectronics, precision manufacturing, and aerospace.
Responding to the dual demands of fluidity, molding efficiency, and end-use performance in UV-curing 3D printing, our company has deeply engaged in polymer material formulation optimization and photocuring technology research and development, creating a differentiated product system of photocurable resins. Among them, the low-viscosity basic resin stands out for its excellent fluidity and printing compatibility, becoming the top choice for customers in early process verification and small-batch sample testing. It effectively reduces initial evaluation costs and supports rapid completion of 3D printing molding tests and performance verification. The high-viscosity upgraded resin further breaks through performance boundaries, achieving iterative improvements in material strength, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance, capable of meeting the manufacturing needs of components under extreme working conditions and covering full-scenario applications from prototype development to industrial mass production. The two products form a gradient layout, precisely matching the R&D and production needs of different customers.
At the exhibition, our technical team conducted in-depth communication with visitors, providing professional answers to key topics including material selection, printing parameter optimization, and part evaluation plans. In response to customers’ demands for cost control and efficient sampling, the team focused on promoting the priority trial program of the low-viscosity resin, clarifying its advantages of easy operation and simple post-processing, helping customers quickly complete material compatibility testing, and upgrading to high-viscosity products according to actual performance requirements. Meanwhile, the team announced a standardized sample ordering and application process on site, providing customers with a clear and efficient connection path.
To facilitate customer sample requests and cooperation, the sample application process was clearly presented: customers may submit sample applications through on-site negotiation or official channels, confirm product models and required quantities, sign sample agreements and complete verification. Under normal circumstances, samples will be delivered within 7–10 working days after order confirmation, fully supporting customers in rapid subsequent testing and R&D.
