RPTFE is a multi-composite material, the proportion of components can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions of customers, not fixed. The products are mainly used for piston rings, oil-free gas pump bowls, bushings, shaft tiles, sealing gaskets and other parts.
High-Temperature Resistance: Can withstand long-term use at temperatures up to 290°C and short-term use at temperatures up to 480°C. Wear Resistance: Under non-lubricated conditions, the PV critical value is more than 10 times that of general engineering plastics, capable of withstanding strong vibration wear and impact wear.
Heat Deformation Resistance: Does not melt or soften at high temperatures and can withstand high loads.
Insulation: Insulation strength exceeds 20 kV/mm.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to lubricating oils and solvents.
Resistant to plasma and radiation.
Excellent machinability.
