The Cyanate Ester PSPI resin features the following performance specifications. Its viscosity ranges from 50 to 300 cps. In terms of dimensional shrinkage, the line shrinkage is less than 2%. The elongation of the resin is less than 5%. For heat resistance, it can endure long-term temperatures of 120~180℃ and short-term temperatures of 220℃. The glass transition temperature is approximately 180~200℃. Moreover, the molded parts produced from this resin require heat treatment to around 220℃, and it can achieve a precision better than 50 microns.
